If you have reviewed in last 3 days the Google's webmaster tools and you have found that many of the backlinks (links to your site) do not appear, do not worry, your site has not been massively disavowed.
This is a "bug" that is occurring since yesterday, february 5, in the WMT, this bug has been reported in the Google forums and are already aware of and working to fix it as mentioned by John Muller (employee of Google)
It has been officially announced the incidence (02/07/2013) in the Blog of the Google Webmaster Help"This looks like an issue with how the data is displayed in Webmaster Tools, it shouldn't affect your site's crawling, indexing or ranking. I don't have any specifics at the moment, but the team is looking into the details to see what we can do here. Thanks for your patience & sorry for the confusion!"
"Some Webmaster Tools users have reported missing data in the "Links to your site" section. We are aware of this issue and are looking into it; you do not need to take any action. We hope to have the normal data shown again in the near future. The data shown there is informational and does not affect your site's crawling, indexing or ranking."
Update 12/02/2013
Fixed the issue with the Google webmaster tools in [links to your site], is again see the backlinks normally.
Hopefully with the passage of a few days is solvent this little "hiccup" in the WMT.
